Terms of Service
These terms apply to every purchase from Verre (“Verre”, “we”, “us”), a product film studio operating at verre.studio and based in the Chicago area, Illinois, USA. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund & Revision Policy, our Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy.
1. What we sell
Verre produces short cinematic product films (video advertisements) from photos, mockups and brand files you send us. Our in-house studio builds each scene digitally using a range of production tools, then edits, sound-designs and color-grades the film. Nothing physical is shipped; everything is delivered as digital video files.
- The 24-Hour Film — $495 USD, flat. One cinematic product film up to 15 seconds long, one free aspect-ratio resize (for example 9:16 and 1:1), sound design, camera moves, text overlays you supply, and delivery as 4K MP4 files.
- The Retargeting Matrix upgrade — +$800 USD, offered once, right after a $495 purchase. Three films in three styles (Explosive / High-Energy, Luxury / Minimalist, and a textured close-up) plus three hook variations.
- Larger projects are scoped on a call and quoted in writing before any payment.
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include everything listed above. Sales tax is added at checkout only where required by law.
2. Ordering and payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. After payment you complete a short asset form (your website, product files, style and delivery email). Production starts once we have your payment and a completed asset form.
3. Your materials
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo, logo, label, trademark and piece of text you send us, and that using them in a film won't infringe anyone's rights. We don't accept projects that are unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexual, or that use another company's trademarks without permission. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion and refund it in full.
4. What you own
Once your order is paid in full and delivered, you receive a worldwide, perpetual license to use the delivered film for any lawful commercial purpose, including paid ads, your website, social media and email. You may edit, crop and caption it. We keep ownership of our underlying project files, templates, scenes and methods, and the raw project files aren't included unless agreed in writing.
Portfolio. We may show finished work in our portfolio and on our social channels. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us in writing before delivery and we'll keep it private.
5. Free samples
The free 3-second sample we send in Instagram messages is a no-obligation preview, limited to one per brand. It's for evaluation only and may not be used publicly or in ads unless you purchase the full film.
6. Zero-Risk First Draft
If your first draft doesn't meet the direction you chose, we rework it at no extra charge within the revision rounds described in our Refund & Revision Policy.
7. Accuracy of product appearance
We match your product's shape, color, label and logo to the files you send and check every frame before delivery. Films are stylized, cinematic representations for marketing. You're responsible for making sure your ads comply with the rules of the platforms you run them on, including any disclosure settings those platforms require.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or ad spend.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.

Refund & Revision Policy
We want you to love your film. Here is exactly how revisions, cancellations and refunds work.
Revisions
- Every $495 film includes two rounds of revisions at no extra charge. A round is one consolidated list of changes sent within 7 days of delivery.
- Revisions cover changes to the film we delivered: timing, camera moves, lighting, color, text, music and product accuracy.
- A change of product, a completely new concept, or extra formats beyond your included resize is new work, and we'll quote it before starting.
- Revised films are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your revision list.
Cancellations
- You can cancel for a full refund any time before production starts. Production starts when we receive your completed asset form.
- Once production has started, orders can't be cancelled, but your revisions still apply.
Refunds
- Late delivery: if we miss our delivery window (see our Delivery Policy), you can choose a full refund or keep the film at no charge beyond what you paid.
- If we can't deliver: if we can't produce a film that accurately represents your product after both revision rounds, we refund you in full.
- Outside these cases, orders are not refundable after the film has been delivered, because the work is custom and made to your specifications.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Disputes
If something isn't right, contact us first at support@verre.studio or on Instagram @madebyverre. We reply within one business day and will work to resolve it before you need to contact your bank.

Delivery Policy
- What you receive: digital video files only (4K MP4 plus your included resize). Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping costs and we deliver worldwide.
- How: we email a secure download link to the delivery address you give in the asset form.
- When: your $495 film is delivered within 24 hours of receiving your payment and completed asset form with usable files. If your files can't be used (for example, the label is unreadable), we'll tell you within a few hours and the 24 hours restart when we receive usable files.
- Retargeting Matrix upgrade: the first film arrives within 24 hours and the remaining two within 72 hours.
- Daily capacity: we accept a limited number of new projects each day so we can keep these times. If we're full, we'll tell you before you pay.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Verre collects through verre.studio and our messages, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, business name, website, answers to our booking and asset forms, and the files you upload (photos, logos, labels).
- Messages: anything you send us by email or Instagram direct message.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and payment status, but never your full card number.
- Bookings: calls are scheduled through Calendly, which receives the details you enter there.
How we use it
Only to produce and deliver your film, reply to you, process payments and refunds, schedule calls, and keep business records required by law. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use your files for anything other than your project and, unless you opt out, our portfolio.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a small amount of information in your browser session (for example, the answers you've typed into a form) so the page works; this is cleared when you close the tab. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run the studio: Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), our email provider, our website host and the form service that receives your uploads. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Project files are kept for up to 12 months after delivery so we can handle revisions and re-exports, then deleted. Payment and business records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing support@verre.studio. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider.
